•Oversee all sales and business development functions, including new product rollouts, customer relationship development, associate development and operational excellence for 36 banking centers (over 500 associates).
•Extensive, FTE/Salary, timekeeping, and budget responsibilities.
•Provide cross-functional team training, coaching, and mentoring.
•Design, implement, and adjust various sales plans and programs for market share growth.
